Base pay range $30.00/hr - $35.00/hr
We have partnered with our client in their search for a Paid Media Designer.
Responsibilities
Design and deliver high-performing paid media creative assets, including static, animated, and video ads, emails, and occasional landing pages.
Collaborate with internal teams and clients to align creative with campaign objectives.
Participate in client meetings to gather requirements and present deliverables.
Maintain brand consistency across multiple industries and platforms.
Optimize creative based on performance data and feedback.
Skills Required
Proven experience in paid media design across social platforms and Google Ads (PMAX).
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma (or similar tools).
Video editing and light motion design capabilities.
Strong communication skills for client-facing interactions.
Ability to work flexibly with varying weekly hours.
Education & Experience
Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
3+ years of experience in digital design for paid media campaigns.
