Content Supply Chain Standards and Governance Lead Join SAP’s Global Marketing as the Content Supply Chain Standards and Governance Lead to define, implement, and optimize content governance standards and metadata across all teams and technology tools.

Overview Working in one of SAP’s offices in Bellevue, WA; Newtown Square, PA; New York City; or Canada, you will lead the transformation initiative to enhance the customer digital experience through consistent, high-quality, and interoperable content.

Responsibilities

Establish and document a comprehensive content governance model and standard guidelines.

Outline and build the governance structure, incorporating essential workflows.

Provide tool owners with requirements to align tools with content standards. \

Empower stakeholders with the knowledge and tools necessary to adhere to the governance model.

Own Content Metadata Values as the Single Point of Contact for new requests and approve changes to uphold content integrity.

Run quality checks and conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to guidelines.

Report governance incidents, provide guidance on corrective actions, and develop processes to rectify deviations.

Collaborate with tool owners to maintain a coherent tagging strategy and implement it across all platforms.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in content management and governance.

Strong experience with Content Supply Chain (CSC) principles.

Deep understanding of content tagging methodologies and metadata management.

Proven ability to develop and implement structured content governance processes.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of liaising across multiple teams and stakeholders.

Analytical mindset with attention to detail in quality assurance processes.

Compensation Range Transparency Annualized compensation range (inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target) for this position: $100,000 – $170,000 USD. The actual offer will depend on education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, and other factors.
