We’re searching for a mid‑level creative strategist who is equal parts data‑driven and trend‑spotter, copywriter, community builder – someone who doesn’t just post social media content, but shapes conversations and fuels real business impact. You’ll help shape paid social concepts, lend creative direction to ad assets, and provide insights. What You’ll Do as a Paid Social Media Manager Build a Social Narrative that People Want to Follow

Develop bold, platform‑specific content strategies that set the brand apart – not blend in.

Craft monthly content calendars that mix storytelling, education, culture, and smart brand moments.

Collaborate with graphic designers and content creators to bring concepts to life through video, graphics, and unique creative formats.

Ignite and Nurture a Loyal Digital Community

Own daily posting, scheduling, and real‑time engagement across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more.

Jump into conversations with authenticity, finesse, and a deep understanding of brand tone.

Build audience trust and loyalty through thoughtful replies, proactive engagement, and human‑centered communication.

Turn Insights Into Fuel

Track KPIs related to reach, traffic, follower growth, engagement patterns, audience behavior, and content performance with an analytical and strategic eye.

Transform metrics into monthly and quarterly stories – what worked, what didn’t, and what’s next.

Share creative tests, experiments, and recommendations based on real data.

Partner with Creatives and Strategists to Elevate Every Campaign

Partner with paid media, PR, creative, and brand teams to ensure organic and paid efforts support each other.

Assist with digital campaign launches by designing strategic content plans, messaging frameworks, and promotional assets.

Represent the social voice in brainstorms, campaign planning, and content direction while working closely with leadership to align social strategy with larger brand and business goals.

Required Skills & Preferred Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Digital Media, or a related field.

4‑6+ years of professional experience managing social media channels for a brand or agency with a track record of strong growth and engagement.

A creative mindset with experience developing creative content (video, static, storytelling series, thought‑leadership, etc.).

Hands‑on experience with social management and analytics tools (Sprout, Later, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Creative Studio + Business Center, etc.).

Strong writing skills – adaptable, clever, polished, and platform‑aware.

Ability to translate data into strategy with confidence.

Comfortable managing multiple projects, timelines, and creative priorities.

Familiarity with paid social integration mixed with strong organic strategy is a plus.
