In this role, you’ll develop, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and more. You’ll manage ad budgets, refine targeting, test creatives, and prove ROI with data-backed insights. You’ll split your time executing media buys and the rest leading strategy, developing full-funnel campaigns, analyzing performance, and collaborating with our creative team to bring bold, effective ideas to life. We ask that applicants only apply if they meet the following criteria: Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Digital Strategist in a creative or advertising agency Proven experience leading digital campaign strategy and execution at a senior level Willingness to relocate to (or currently reside in) San Antonio, TX What You’ll Do
Lead the strategic planning, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and Pinterest. Build full-funnel strategies that drive results. From audience segmentation and creative briefing to ad copy, landing page strategy, and conversion tracking. Manage day-to-day campaign execution: oversee media buying, pacing, and real-time optimization to improve ROAS, CTR, and conversions. Develop measurement frameworks using tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and HubSpot to track KPIs, conversions, and attribution. Deliver clear, data-driven reports with actionable insights and next steps for partners and internal teams. Maintain ad budgets ranging from $3K to $50K+ per month, ensuring efficiency and alignment with performance goals. Collaborate with design, web, and social teams to align paid and organic strategies for maximum impact. Stay ahead of trends across ad platforms, digital strategy, and martech innovations. Applying new learnings to strengthen campaign performance. Conduct periodic audits of campaigns and landing pages to ensure accuracy, performance, and alignment with brand goals. Support additional digital channels such as email (Klaviyo, Mailchimp) and SEO as needed to drive holistic growth for partners. Skills That Make You a Great Fit
Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads (Search, Display), Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and Pinterest Ads. Proven track record managing budgets and driving measurable ROI across multiple platforms. Proficiency with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Looker Studio (or similar reporting tools). Ability to write persuasive, high-performing ad copy. Confident analyzing data and translating insights into actionable optimizations. Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple brands in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, able to explain strategy and results clearly to teammates and partners. Familiarity with SEO principles, CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, or Webflow), and email marketing platforms like Klaviyo or Mailchimp. Agency experience preferred but not required.
