Senior Video Editor / Creative Director – AI-Driven Advertising Where Creativity Meets Performance.
Advida is a performance‑marketing agency scaling some of the most recognized direct‑to‑consumer brands in health, wellness, and pet care and responsible for millions in monthly ad revenue across YouTube, Meta, and Google.
We’re looking for a
Senior Video Editor / Creative Director
who’s not just great at editing – but deeply passionate about redefining what performance creatives can be through
AI‑generated video . You’ll take our winning ads and re‑imagine them using next‑generation AI tools to help us produce thumb‑stopping, data‑driven, high‑impact creatives at scale.
This is a high‑visibility, high‑impact role for someone who’s equally comfortable directing creative strategy and building polished final cuts that convert.
What You’ll Be Doing
Lead AI-Driven Video Production:
Use AI video generation tools (Veo, Sora, Runway, HeyGen, Flow, etc.) to concept, design, and produce ad creatives that push visual boundaries.
Reimagine Winning Ads:
Take proven high‑performing concepts and elevate them with new intros, thumbstoppers, visual treatments, motion, and storytelling powered by AI.
Creative Direction:
Guide the development of new video ads from concept ideation, script input, and storyboarding to final delivery.
Editing Mastery:
Handle advanced video editing, compositing, and motion graphics to polish and finalize creatives for testing and scaling.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally:
Work closely with media buyers to align performance goals with creative execution.
AI & Innovation:
Experiment with emerging tools and workflows that shorten production time and enhance creative output quality.
Creative Testing:
Develop multiple ad variations for A/B testing, focusing on first‑three‑second hooks, messaging structure, and visual pacing that drive conversions.
Manage our Video Editing Team:
Oversee and mentor our team of editors – providing direction, feedback, and structure to ensure consistent output and creative excellence across all brands.
Asset Organization:
Maintain structured project files and version control for seamless team collaboration.
Who You Are
5+ years of professional experience in video editing or motion design
1–2+ years of hands‑on experience using
AI video generation tools
(Runway, Pika, Veo, Sora, Flow, etc.)
Deep understanding of
direct‑response and performance creative principles
Exceptional editing skills in
Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve
Strong storytelling instincts – understanding pacing, emotion, and audience retention
Comfortable working autonomously on tight timelines
Strategic thinker who can balance
creative innovation with performance data
Nice-to-Haves
Experience leading a small team or mentoring editors
Background in DTC, e‑commerce, or supplement/health/wellness brands
Understanding of YouTube and Meta creative best practices
Familiarity with scripting or prompt‑engineering for AI tools
Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range:
$75‑100K (based on experience) + performance bonus
Performance Bonus:
Based on creative testing results and campaign impact
