Key Responsibilities Field Marketing Execution 40%
Plan and execute localized marketing campaigns across key European regions.
Organize and manage events, trade shows, executive roundtables.
Align field activities with GTM priorities and sales objectives.
Lead field marketing efforts focused on in-region partner engagement and activation.
Collaborate with channel partners to co-develop marketing initiatives that drive joint pipeline and revenue.
Drive channel marketing initiatives to support indirect sales motions.
Support channel enablement through tailored content, training, and campaign support.
Ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment across partner channels.
Digital Marketing 20%
Manage digital marketing efforts including email campaigns, social media, and web content in collaboration with Corporate Communications.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Sales and Product Marketing, Corporate Communications, to align messaging, reporting, and campaign strategy.
Performance & Reporting
Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to enhance future strategy.
Maintain a regional calendar of events and continuously identify new opportunities.
Ownership of European Marketing budget.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in field marketing, partner marketing, or demand generation.
Proven success in ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies and segmentation.
Experience working with channel partners and indirect sales models.
Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Fluent in English; other European languages are a plus.
Preferred Experience
Background in B2B technology a must together with a strong indirect channel- first background, experience from a UCaaS/UC/Network/AV an advantage.
Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
Experience working in a centralized marketing structure with distributed sales teams.
