Brief Description The Sr Marketing Specialist will oversee all aspects of trade show coordination for our sales divisions. This role involves managing event logistics, creating engaging social media content, and ensuring the timely procurement of branded materials to support the sales teams. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and experience in event planning and social media management.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, proof, and organize marketing collateral for print and digital use.
Assist in planning and coordinating trade shows and industry events, including logistics, booth setup, materials, and post-event follow-up.
Manage website updates, social media content scheduling, and email campaign support.
Maintain brand consistency across internal and external communications.
Support sales teams through marketing collateral, lead generation tools, and promotional assets.
Partner with vendors, agencies, and print partners to ensure timely and accurate deliverables.
Track and analyze campaign performance to support reporting and effectiveness measurement.
Manage the marketing content and event calendar to support communication cadence and deadlines.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.
6+ years of marketing experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
Proficiency in Adobe Create Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Microsoft Office.
Proficiency in social media platforms and content creation tools.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
Experience with graphic design tools or software is a plus.
Familiarity with trade show operations and vendor management.
Knowledge of branding and promotional material production.
Work Environment This position may require occasional travel to trade shows and flexibility in working hours during events.
