Role Description The Franchise Marketing & Development Coordinator plays a key role in supporting both the headquarters and franchisees in achieving sustainable growth. This individual will manage marketing operations, lead generation, franchise development support, and local marketing initiatives for franchise partners.

In the early growth stage of the franchise network, the role focuses on franchise lead generation, prospect follow‑up, marketing campaign execution, and coordination of franchise sales activities. As the network expands, the position evolves to include ongoing franchisee training, local marketing planning, and regular performance check‑ins with franchise partners to ensure alignment with brand standards and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute lead generation strategies to attract qualified franchise prospects.

Manage follow‑up communications with leads and coordinate franchise development meetings.

Support marketing efforts for both headquarters and franchisees, including digital campaigns, social media, print materials, and community outreach.

Work directly with franchise owners to plan and implement localized marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and client acquisition.

Collaborate with the leadership team to ensure brand consistency across all franchise marketing materials.

Assist in developing training materials and conducting onboarding sessions for new franchisees.

Coordinate and track marketing performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.

Schedule and participate in regular franchisee meetings to discuss business growth, marketing performance, and support needs.

Provide administrative support for franchise development, including tracking leads, preparing reports, and updating CRM systems.

Support the planning and execution of promotional events, expos, and community engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in marketing, franchise development, or business operations (healthcare industry experience preferred).

Strong communication and writing skills with the ability to create clear, engaging, and persuasive content.

Proficiency with digital marketing platforms, CRM systems, and social media management tools.

Excellent organizational and project management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Experience in sales or lead generation, with the ability to nurture relationships and follow up strategically.

Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams and with external partners.
