Position Summary The Corporate Marketing & Digital Strategy Manager supports and executes the company’s marketing, branding, and digital initiatives across a multi-facility healthcare network. This role is responsible for implementing brand standards, managing all social media platforms, creating marketing content and materials, and executing digital campaigns that enhance the organization’s visibility, engagement, and reputation. Working closely with the Director of Marketing & Digital Strategy, the Manager ensures that all marketing communications are creative, compliant, and consistent with the organization’s mission and values.
Key Responsibilities Brand & Design Execution
Implement and maintain brand standards across all digital and print materials.
Support the design and production of marketing collateral — brochures, presentations, advertisements, and videos — for corporate and facility use.
Manage creative projects from concept to delivery, ensuring brand consistency and quality.
Coordinate with vendors, designers, and print partners to produce marketing materials efficiently and accurately.
Manage all corporate and facility social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube, and others).
Develop and execute social media calendars, ensuring consistent posting, branding, and messaging across platforms.
Create, schedule, and publish posts that promote the organization’s culture, service lines, and community engagement.
Monitor, respond, and engage with audiences across platforms, maintaining professionalism and adherence to healthcare communication standards.
Track analytics and performance data, providing reports and recommendations for improvement.
Assist in managing digital advertising, SEO/SEM, and email campaigns.
Content Creation & Campaign Execution
Write and design marketing content for social media, websites, blogs, newsletters, and digital campaigns.
Collaborate with internal departments to source content, including employee highlights, patient stories, and event promotions.
Create engaging multimedia content (graphics, videos, infographics) tailored to target audiences.
Support execution of integrated campaigns, including creative development, scheduling, and post-campaign analysis.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with facility administrators and department leads to ensure local marketing aligns with corporate branding and priorities.
Collaborate with HR and Operations teams to support recruitment, internal communications, and community outreach efforts.
Assist with coordination of corporate events, sponsorships, and community partnerships.
Reporting & Analytics
Track and report on key marketing metrics including social media engagement, website performance, and campaign outcomes.
Use analytics tools to identify trends, insights, and areas for optimization.
Present findings and actionable recommendations to the Director and leadership team.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field.
3–6+ years of experience in marketing, with emphasis on social media management, digital marketing, and content creation.
Experience in healthcare or multi-location organizations preferred.
Proficiency in design and marketing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, HubSpot, Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, and Google Analytics.
Excellent writing, editing, and design sensibility.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Knowledge of HIPAA, patient privacy, and healthcare communication best practices.
