What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Manage and coach direct reports, ensuring clarity of goals and professional development
Unify marketing data across various systems to create a trusted view of performance
Own campaign tracking architecture and ensure data integrity through QA processes
Build dashboards for reporting on spend, performance, ROI, and pipeline contribution
Establish and enforce data quality standards across all performance marketing activities
What is Required (Qualifications)
7+ years in marketing operations, performance marketing, or related data‑driven marketing roles
Experience managing and developing operational or technical talent
Proven expertise in tracking, attribution, and campaign quality assurance
Hands‑on experience in building dashboards and reporting frameworks
Strong attention to detail with a reputation for data accuracy and operational rigor
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with analytics and attribution tools such as Google Analytics (GA4) and attribution platforms
Familiarity with CRM and MAP systems like Salesforce and HubSpot
Knowledge of tag management systems and UTM governance tools
Background in project management and campaign orchestration platforms
