Technical Multimedia Support Specialist with Security Clearance
Command Post Technologies, Inc. (CPT) is seeking a multi‑disciplinary SharePoint & 3D Visualization Specialist to support the E-20 Branch at Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD). This robust role combines technical SharePoint site administration with advanced 3D animation and visualization skills to support weapons systems demonstrations, video productions, and internal collaboration platforms.
Key responsibilities include:
Design, build, and manage SharePoint sites and libraries for the E-20 Branch, ensuring secure, organized, and user‑friendly document and data management.
Create interactive dashboards and visual reports using Microsoft Power BI, pulling from relevant datasets to support decision‑making and situational awareness.
Support automation and workflows using SharePoint tools, Power Automate, and other MS 365 apps.
Troubleshoot site performance issues, manage permissions, and support users across the branch.
Design and develop 3D animations and visual content for large‑scale videos showcasing weapon system capabilities, including LRMP‑related projects.
Collaborate with engineers and program leads to translate technical system behaviors into accurate and engaging animations.
Assist in video editing and post‑production for mission briefings, presentations, and demonstrations.
Maintain a digital asset library of models, effects, and templates for ongoing use across projects.
Requirements:
Current active Secret clearance.
Bachelor's degree in a related technical field.
Experience administering SharePoint Online or SharePoint 2019+ environments.
Proficiency with Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and visual dashboard creation.
2+ years of experience with 3D animation software (e.g., Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, Cinema 4D, or equivalent).
Ability to work collaboratively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders to meet visual and informational goals.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience supporting a DoD or federal environment, especially in a warfare center or weapons systems context.
Familiarity with LRMP or similar Navy long‑range weapons programs.
Working knowledge of post‑production tools such as Adobe Premiere, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve.
Understanding of 3D asset pipelines and rendering optimization for video.
