Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

Plan, create, and schedule posts across all company and community social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).

Develop engaging, brand‑consistent content tailored to each platform’s audience and trends.

Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely, professional manner.

Track and analyze social media performance, providing regular reports and recommendations.

Graphic Design & Content Creation

Design flyers, ads, infographics, and other marketing materials as needed using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Ensure all visuals follow brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.

Collaborate with the Corporate Marketing Specialist to support campaigns, events, and promotional initiatives.

Collaboration & Support

Work closely with the Corporate Marketing Specialist to align social media and design efforts with overall marketing strategies.

Assist with photo and video editing for social media, website, and digital campaigns.

Maintain an organized library of creative assets for easy access and use.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience managing professional social media accounts.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign required; Premiere Pro or After Effects a plus).

Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience in creating short‑form video content (Reels, Stories).

Basic knowledge of Canva or other design tools.

Familiarity with social media scheduling and review platforms (Hootsuite, Review Trackers).
