Physical Therapist – Pediatric – Providence Anchorage
Providence Health & Services seeks a full‑time Physical Therapist to provide high‑quality pediatric physical therapy services at Providence Alaska Medical Center – Anchorage, AK.
Responsibilities Assesses, plans, and implements pediatric PT services in collaboration with physicians, primary partners, and patient/family. Provides direct patient care and works with the interdisciplinary team to deliver care consistent with APTA standards and guidelines.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy, or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy, or D.O. Physical Therapy
Alaska Physical Therapist license upon hire
National Provider BLS – American Heart Association upon hire
Experience and credentials in pediatrics
