Job Summary
The Brand & Content Coordinator supports the marketing and creative efforts for Harwoods Hospitality Group's portfolio. This role plays a key part in shaping and sharing the brand story across digital platforms, content channels, and guest touchpoints. The coordinator will assist with marketing campaigns, digital strategy, creative development, and brand storytelling that reflect Harwood’s elevated and international hospitality vision.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the execution of brand marketing strategies and campaigns that elevate Harwood Hospitality Group's luxury identity.
- Coordinate the development and distribution of branded content across digital, social, and print channels.
- Support creative direction through collaboration with internal teams and external agency partners.
- Help manage website updates, ensuring brand copy and assets reflect current campaigns and initiatives.
- Partner with digital and PR teams to maintain a consistent tone and visual identity across all marketing channels.
- Track and report on campaign performance, providing insights to inform future strategies.
- Assist in producing brand events, photo/video shoots, and other marketing activations.
- Research market trends, guest insights, and competitor activity to support brand storytelling and positioning.
- Maintain the brand content library, ensuring materials are organized, current, and accessible.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, content creation, or communications (hospitality or luxury brand experience a plus).
- Strong creative eye with an appreciation for art, design, and culture.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Passionate about storytelling and crafting exceptional brand experiences.
