Overview BeautyMatter is a thought leader and community hub at the intersection of beauty, business, and culture. We’re looking for a Social Media Coordinator to drive engagement, grow our digital community, and amplify our storytelling across platforms. This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes social media—creative, trend-aware, and data-informed—with the ability to translate BeautyMatter’s thought leadership into authentic, high-performing social content. Responsibilities Manage and execute BeautyMatter’s social media strategy across key channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, TikTok, etc.). Create, schedule, and publish daily content that aligns with business objectives and editorial priorities. Collaborate with internal teams to repurpose and promote articles, events, podcasts, and thought leadership content. Engage with followers, respond to comments, and foster community interaction. Monitor performance using analytics tools and provide regular insights to improve reach and engagement. Stay on top of beauty industry trends, social media innovations, and emerging platforms. Support paid social campaigns and partnerships as needed. Qualifications 1–3 years of experience managing social media for a brand, media outlet, or agency. Excellent writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills. Proficiency with scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Later, Sprout, or native platforms). Familiarity with basic design tools (Canva, Adobe Express, etc.). Strong understanding of social media KPIs and reporting. Passion for the beauty, wellness, and cultural landscape.
