Your responsibilities include: Lead and drive content initiatives for the German market, ensuring alignment with business goals and audience needs. Build and manage a network of talented German‑language freelance writers, maintaining a steady flow of high‑quality content. Collaborate with SEO experts and the Product Team to optimize content for visibility, engagement, and consistent messaging. Review and proofread content submissions, fine‑tuning sentence structure and word choice to elevate quality. Provide constructive, actionable feedback to freelancers to help improve their work. Coordinate with freelancers and internal teams to meet deadlines and project objectives, driving content that improves SEO performance and engagement. Your qualifications: Proven experience managing freelancers. Solid expertise in SEO and content optimization strategies. Fluent in German at C2 level, with excellent written and verbal English skills. A passion for creating content that drives results and delights audiences. Strong analytical and organizational skills. Thriving in a fast‑paced, startup‑like environment. Experience in affiliate marketing or dating is a plus.
