Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback to ensure effective follow-up and service improvement. Collaborate with team members to develop and implement communication strategies that align with company goals. Assist in the creation of communication materials such as newsletters, social media posts, and promotional content. Monitor and analyze communication metrics to assess the effectiveness of outreach efforts. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field preferred but not required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong attention to detail. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure. Familiarity with social media platforms and digital communication tools.
