In this role, you’ll support our marketing and creative departments in developing and executing dynamic campaigns across a diverse portfolio of brands. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to help bring ideas to life, contributing to strategy, content creation, and overall brand growth. We’re looking for someone who blends creativity with organization, understands how to translate marketing insights into action, and thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment. Attention to detail and strong communication skills are essential. Key Responsibilities Marketing & Client Relations Support client‑facing initiatives by coordinating between account, creative, and production teams Contribute to marketing plans, campaign briefs, and content calendars Help gather and interpret marketing data to improve campaign performance Assist with content creation for email, web, and social media channels Project Coordination Manage timelines, deliverables, and communication across departments Ensure brand consistency and quality control across all materials Track and report progress on marketing initiatives and campaign metrics Creative & Strategic Support Bring fresh ideas to brainstorming sessions and help develop new concepts Contribute to copywriting, visual asset reviews, and creative production Stay informed on marketing trends, tools, and best practices Qualifications 1–2 years of marketing experience (agency or brand‑side preferred) Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field Proficiency in Google Workspace; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus Excellent organization, writing, and interpersonal communication skills Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn and adapt Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a collaborative setting Schedule & Growth Full‑time, hybrid position Clear pathways for growth within Muddy Group’s marketing and account teams Opportunities for mentorship, professional development, and cross‑department collaboration About Muddy Group Muddy Group is a full‑service creative agency with offices in Cleveland, Ohio and Bozeman, Montana , supporting brands across the U.S. Our clients include leading names such as Puma, Sig Sauer, Aimpoint, Peak Refuel, Manchester City , and SISU Saunas .
