As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator who’s ready to make an impact through creativity, organization, and collaboration. What You’ll Do You’ll be the heartbeat of Aero’s marketing activity: planning and executing trade shows, supporting digital campaigns, and coordinating marketing projects that strengthen our brand and customer partnerships. Your work will span across: Event & Trade Show Coordination – Plan and manage Aero’s industry events and dealer experiences from start to finish. Marketing Project Management – Keep campaigns on track, coordinating between vendors, partners, and internal teams. Digital & Account-Based Marketing – Support content, social posts, and targeted campaigns that drive measurable results. Customer & Dealer Engagement – Build relationships that fuel Aero’s growth story. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business (or equivalent experience). 2+ years in marketing coordination or event planning (B2B experience a plus). Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills. Familiarity with digital tools (social media, CRM, email marketing platforms).
