Responsibilities: Client Communication and Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering expert guidance and responsive support throughout their digital marketing journey. Ensure they feel informed, confident, and taken care of at every step. Strategic Thinking: Translate client goals into holistic digital strategies by connecting the dots across channels and tactics. Lead discussions that help clients see the bigger picture and understand how each component drives results. Customer Service: Deliver proactive, personable, and solutions-focused service through all channels of communication.
