WestWind Homes is looking for a passionate and creative Marketing Assistant to join our growing Marketing Department. In this role, you’ll collaborate with our marketing team to design, plan, and execute dynamic campaigns that promote our communities and homes across South Texas. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, technical proficiency in Photoshop and Canva, video editing experience, and a deep understanding of digital and social media marketing. This is an exciting opportunity with room to grow into a Marketing Coordinator or Manager role within a company that values creativity, initiative, and excellence. OBJECTIVES Assist the marketing team in executing high-impact campaigns across digital, print, and social channels. Create engaging visual content for WestWind Homes’ communities, events, and promotions. Support administrative and creative tasks to ensure brand consistency and excellence in all marketing efforts. JOB DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES & AUTHORITIES Create and design marketing materials including flyers, digital banners, billboards, social posts, and print collateral using Photoshop and Canva. Assist with video editing for community tours, social media content, and promotional videos. Manage and schedule social media content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.). Help maintain and update Wix websites and campaign landing pages. Support in the creation of digital marketing campaigns, including email newsletters, online ads, and lead-generation forms. Track performance metrics and assist in reporting campaign results. Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and community sales teams to gather media and content. Coordinate with vendors for printing, signage, and promotional materials. Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop new creative concepts and marketing strategies. Provide general administrative support to the marketing department. KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS Graphic Design Skills: Proficient in Photoshop, Canva, or similar software. Video Editing Skills: Experience using Adobe Premiere, CapCut, or other editing tools. Understanding of social media marketing, content creation, and analytics. Familiarity with Wix or other website builders preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. A creative mindset with the ability to take initiative and think strategically. A valid Texas Driver’s License and good driving record. Positive attitude, teamwork spirit, and willingness to learn and grow within the company. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to occasionally lift-up to 15 pounds. Must be able to access all areas of the facility to determine company needs. Must be able to legally drive vehicles in the USA.
