Our client, a leader in the financial services industry, is seeking a UX Researcher x 2 to join their team. As a UX Researcher x 2, you will be part of the Commercial Banking Credit Execution & Enablement group supporting digital product management initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?
- Lead or participate in complex research initiatives to understand user needs and behaviors within financial services.
- Plan and execute various research methods, including user interviews, surveys, usability testing, and observational studies.
- Evaluate research findings to identify pain points, motivations, and preferences, translating insights into actionable recommendations.
- Develop personas and journey maps based on research data to communicate user insights effectively across teams.
- Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and developers to integrate user insights into the product lifecycle, ensuring user needs are prioritized in design decisions.
- 5+ years of experience in communications, human factors, information sciences, or visual arts, demonstrated through work or military experience.
- Proven experience developing and executing UX research strategies using various tactics such as persona development, experience mapping, and contextual research.
- Experience working in a highly regulated environment, such as financial services, healthcare, or government.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency with tools like MS Office, FigJam, and other research and collaboration platforms.
