Position Summary

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and creative-minded Content Coordinator to join our team. The Content Coordinator role requires a self-starter who is innovative, hard‑working, driven, and a team player. This role ranges from administrative to creative, requiring someone who can think big‑picture and ideate, but can also execute in an organized manner. The Content Coordinator will work closely with the rest of the creative team to maximize reach, excellence, and creative ability in building Red Rocks Church. This role is ideal for someone who excels behind the scenes, managing social media, uploading content, formatting assets, and ensuring content flows smoothly across various platforms. You’ll help bridge the gap between creative vision and execution by ensuring content is distributed with excellence and on schedule.

Atx Content Coordinator Responsibilities

• Social Media Management: Strategize and execute running multiple social media accounts, including Instagram (main @redrocksaustin account, future ministry accounts, and assistance for Pastors with personal social media), TikTok, YouTube (shorts), and Facebook to maximize impact and growth.
• Platform Coordination: Ensure created content is on all platforms in a timely and excellent manner: YouTube (sermons, services, Podcast), Web/app, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Edovo.
• Project Management: Work closely with the Communications team member to distribute projects to the Creative team and request projects/assets needed specifically for social media.
• Creative Team Support: Be ready to assist with creative projects, shoots, events.

This role will continue to adapt and expand as Red Rocks Austin grows. The responsibilities outlined above are not exhaustive, and flexibility to step beyond this description will be essential as the church continues to develop. Requires Experience with social media management tools and familiarity with creative production workflows (Adobe Creative Suite, camera equipment, and file management platforms) preferred.
