Position Overview

We’re seeking a Proposal Writer to join our creative team and help bring Peak’s event concepts to life through strategic, visually compelling proposals. This role focuses on crafting custom proposals and pricing quotes for client RFPs, showcasing our creative direction and inventory in a professional, elevated format. While the main focus is proposal development, this role also participates in hands‑on creative prep and event production support to ensure a true understanding of how our designs come together.

Key Responsibilities

• Write and design tailored event proposals that align with client objectives and reflect Peak’s creative vision.
• Create detailed pricing quotes for proposals, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project scope and client budgets.
• Collaborate with the design, floral, and warehouse teams to develop cohesive, inventory‑based concepts.
• Maintain and refine proposal templates, visuals, and internal pricing libraries.
• Attend on‑site event installs and strikes to gain insight into event execution, logistics, and how proposals translate in real‑world settings.
• Assist with hands‑on creative prep such as painting, floral creation, and décor fabrication.
• Support warehouse operations during slower periods — including organizing, cleaning, and touching up furniture and décor inventory.
• Contribute to team efforts by assisting where needed; job responsibilities are not limited to the duties listed here.

Qualifications

• Strong writing and communication skills with an eye for design presentation.
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe, PowerPoint, and preferably AI.
• Highly organized and detail‑oriented, with the ability to manage multiple active projects.
• Comfortable working hands‑on in creative production environments.
• Flexible, team‑focused attitude with a willingness to step in wherever needed.
• 2 years experience in proposal writing, event design, marketing, or creative production preferred.
