Experienced photographer, videographer and editor who is a creative thinker with an infectious enthusiasm for your work.

What You Need

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Cinematography and Film, or related field is preferred
  • Must be proficient using software such as Premiere, After Effects and Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign)
  • Must have experience filming, directing, and editing video
  • Proficient using a Mac based computer
  • Proficient using DSLR, video, audio, and lighting equipment
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with innate attention to detail
  • Demonstrated skills in photo editing/retouching
  • Familiar with social media platforms and trends, comfortable with best practices, asset specifications, restrictions, and content guidelines
  • Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment with multiple projects, tight deadlines and changing priorities
  • Strong portfolio of stills and video content
  • Effective and efficient communication skills
  • Desire to be part of building a world‑class production team. Knowing it, living it, loving it.
  • Drone piloting experience is a plus.

What You Would Do

  • Work with each team to brainstorm digital ideas and solutions to client business needs to produce bold, strategic, persuasive work.
  • Craft stories that are consistent with each client’s photography, mission, and communication goals
  • Responsible for the planning and production of creative assets video, animation, and photography for corporate marketing and communications needs
  • Actively listen, proactively plan, conceptualize, and understand how to drive and achieve results
  • Deliver a cohesive visual aesthetic for video across social and other digital platforms
  • Research industry and competitor trends and suggest new content ideas
  • Shoot, edit, convert, and upload content (photography and videography)
  • Set up and manage photography/videography sessions
  • Operate, maintain, and set‑up photography, video, audio, and lighting equipment
  • Provide photo editing and retouching support as needed
  • Manage media by importing and backing up all media files
  • Export, compress, and upload videos and photographs to unlisted and public internet sites
  • Manage and maintain photographs/footage in an organized manner
  • Possesses a strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative and be proactive
  • Comfortable working with different personalities, new people, and subject matter experts
  • Collaborate with the creative and account teams through the post‑production process
  • Collaborate with teams to create compelling, shareable long and short‑form video content
  • Learn the processes and procedures of agency and its clients
  • Ability to travel domestically up to 40% of the time
  • Adhere to schedules and budgets
