We’re seeking a Senior Media Buyer with advanced Google Ads experience and a proven record of managing 6–7 figures in monthly spend. This role requires a sharp analytical mind, creative intuition, and the confidence to scale campaigns at volume.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Plan, launch, and scale Google Ads campaigns across YouTube, Demand Gen, GDN, Search, CTV, and PMAX, optimizing for CAC, ROAS, and ROI.
- Own high‑volume budgets – manage pacing, ensure profitability, and allocate spend strategically across multiple accounts.
- Collaborate on creative testing – partner with our design, video, and copy teams to generate and test high‑performing ad concepts.
- Analyze data deeply: Pull insights from Google Ads and internal dashboards to identify trends and opportunities for scale.
- Continuously test and optimize: Apply A/B testing across audiences, placements, and creatives to push ROI.
- Lead strategy discussions: Translate campaign data into actionable direction for clients and internal teams.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the broader media team to optimize wherever you see opportunity, strengthen internal processes and SOPs, and help elevate overall performance across accounts.
- Client Communication: Attend internal and client‑facing meetings to walk through account performance, discuss challenges, share insights, and outline strategic next steps.
Must‑Haves
- 3+ years of hands‑on experience managing Google Ads campaigns
- Experience in maintaining and growing large spending accounts (6–7‑figure monthly)
- Expertise in YouTube, Demand Gen, GDN, PMAX, and Search campaigns
- Strong grasp of direct‑response metrics (CAC, ROAS, CTR, CPM, NCR) and optimization logic
- Hardworking with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Experience in creative testing frameworks and audience segmentation
Nice‑to‑Haves
- Exposure to Meta, TikTok, or Native ads
- Background in DTC brands – especially health, wellness, or pet nutrition
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: $70,000 base plus performance bonus
- Performance Bonus: will be available based on performance
- Fully remote
