Image Ad Designer (Full-Time)

Now, we’re looking for a Full-Time Image Ad Designer (40 hours/week) to create engaging, conversion‑driven visuals that drive sales and capture our brand’s bold spirit.

Responsibilities

• ✅ Design high-performing image ads for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google
• ✅ Translate creative briefs into attention‑grabbing, conversion‑focused designs
• ✅ Collaborate with video editors, creative strategists, and media buyers to ensure cohesive campaigns
• ✅ Continuously test and iterate designs based on data and feedback
• ✅ Keep up with trends, visual styles, and ad design best practices for performance marketing
• ✅ Maintain an organized library of assets, templates, and design versions

Qualifications

• ✔️ Proven Ad Design Experience – You’ve created successful ad images for e-commerce or DTC brands (fitness/fashion is a big plus)
• ✔️ Performance‑Driven Mindset – You know how to blend aesthetics with conversion goals
• ✔️ Strong Visual Taste – Your designs are modern, clean, and attention‑grabbing
• ✔️ Fast Turnaround – You can design efficiently without sacrificing quality
• ✔️ Collaborative & Independent – You work well with a team but can also take ownership of projects
• ✔️ Organized & Detail‑Oriented – You keep files, layers, and revisions neat and track deadlines carefully
• ✔️ Basic German Comprehension – You can understand German content and briefs (native fluency not required)
