Production / Product Development

From sourcing raw materials to manufacturing, order placement, pricing, quality control and distribution, our team ensures high standards and profitability. We are looking for a focused, results‑driven, tenacious and highly flexible team player who can build a rewarding career with a leading brand collective.

Specific Responsibilities

  • Attend style review meetings with design teams to understand vision and concepts before starting the tech pack process.
  • Follow up with design teams on pending information after style review meetings.
  • Work with supervisors to meet designers’ expectations for each artwork.
  • Ensure production artwork meets all criteria before sharing with vendors.
  • Consistently reference BOM for all TP color, fabric and art numbers.
  • Participate in creating art pages with color separations, color callouts, sizing and art placements.
  • Convert all over‑fabric print motif designs into repeat patterns for rotary and flatbed printing based on cylinder sizes and fabric widths.
  • Provide technical callouts on art embellishments, including embroideries, direct screen prints, appliques and fabric prints.
  • Support 3D initiatives for artwork scale and placement.
  • Maintain digital and physical reference materials for the design operations team.
  • Incorporate production‑ready woven and knit technical layout/pitch sheets based on fabric construction and yarn counts into production‑ready artsheets.
  • Support the trim team with graphic‑related responsibilities.
  • Modify and update PLM information throughout the development/production process.

Our Best Fit Candidate Would Have

  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite and Flex PLM.
  • Knowledge of Lotta Browzwear (a plus).
  • Understanding of fabrication limitations and printing restrictions.
  • Familiarity with printing processes and techniques for different fabrications.
  • Working knowledge of the Pantone mixing system and its relation to color matching.
  • Understanding of pattern nesting and production markers.
  • Superior organizational and communication skills; team oriented.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑performance environment while maintaining accuracy and accountability.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or related field.
  • 3+ years of relevant design experience.

Salary range: $66,000 – $68,000.
