Role Overview

The Strategic Partnerships & Community Manager is a relationship builder and connector who helps scale UST Education’s programming and strengthen its community impact.

This role focuses on recruiting speakers, nurturing partnerships, and coordinating high-quality events and marketing initiatives that reflect UST Education’s mission. You’ll also recruit UST Education speakers for the Microsoft Learners platform, extending UST’s reach and thought leadership within the Microsoft ecosystem.

Reporting to the SVP of Marketing & Strategy, you’ll help execute marketing campaigns, manage webinars and promotional content, and uphold UST’s culture of excellence and collaboration.

This is an ideal opportunity for a motivated, tech-savvy professional eager to grow in event management, marketing, and community building.

Key Responsibilities

Community & Partnerships

  • Recruit and nurture speakers for the UST Education Speaker Bureau and the Microsoft Learners platform.
  • Build relationships with association executives, partners, and D365 professionals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align events and community engagement with UST’s broader brand strategy.
  • Maintain CRM accuracy, track participation, and report partnership growth.

Event & Marketing Management

  • Manage the logistics, scheduling, and promotion of webinars and presidential forums.
  • Communicate with speakers about expectations, technical setup, and post-event deliverables.
  • Host live webinars, ensuring a professional, polished experience for attendees and sponsors.
  • Create and coordinate marketing assets, newsletters, and social promotions for upcoming events.
  • Contribute to UST Education’s goal of 200 high-quality events per year.

Innovation & Growth

  • Support the adoption of AI tools and scaling‑up principles across event and marketing processes.
  • Assist with reporting on campaign performance, audience analytics, and content metrics.

What You Bring

  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing, partnerships, events, or community engagement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills—comfortable connecting with professionals and hosting webinars.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, digital marketing tools, and webinar platforms (Zoom, ON24, etc.).
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Interest in AI, fintech, associations, or the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem is a strong plus.

  • Growth and engagement within the UST Education Speaker Bureau and Microsoft Learners platform.
  • Measurable progress toward 200 annual webinars.
  • Positive feedback from speakers, attendees, and partners.
  • Consistent CRM reporting and data accuracy.
  • Demonstrated contribution to marketing and community growth.
