Senior Content Producer

Base pay range: $71.00/hr - $79.00/hr

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end production of video, still images, and social content, supporting various stakeholders including creative, editorial, and social teams.
  • Support the user-generated content (UGC) strategy, ensuring best practices for content discovery and clearance in social media and news contexts.
  • Navigate secure workflows and collaborate effectively with internal security teams, demonstrating meticulous handling of confidential information.
  • Produce video content independently, overseeing concept timelines, physical shoots, and post-production processes.
  • Produce high-quality still images for various platforms, including websites and packaging, managing retouching and final delivery.
  • Engage directly with customers to clear user-generated content, adhering to all legal requirements for data handling and content storage processes.
  • Proactively identify and suggest process improvements, exploring and integrating AI tools to enhance efficiency and innovation within content production.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally to move projects forward efficiently, thriving in ambiguous situations and adapting to evolving needs.

Must‑Have Qualifications

  • Proven experience in user‑generated content (UGC) acquisition and a strong understanding of best practices for content clearance.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle highly confidential data with the utmost discretion.
  • Expert understanding of the video production pipeline, including concept development, physical production, and post‑production, with the ability to manage projects independently.
  • Expert understanding of the image/photo production pipeline, including shooting, retouching, and delivery for various platforms.
  • Comfortable working in ambiguous environments and adept at driving projects through cross‑functional teams.
  • Experience contacting customers for content clearance and ensuring compliance with legal requirements for data handling and content storage.
  • A proactive mindset with a willingness to suggest process improvements and explore new technologies, including AI tools, for efficiency.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Strong video content production experience.
  • Familiarity with industry‑standard creative software. (Adobe)
  • Experience in administration and facilitation of projects.

Nice‑to‑Have Qualifications

  • Previous experience working with a creative advertising agency.
  • Knowledge of content licensing and business affairs processes.
  • Familiarity with post‑production workflows and best practices.
  • Understanding of art production processes.
