Our well known agency Performance Media client is seeking a mid-level Creative Analyst - a data-driven storyteller who loves finding insights that inspire great creative work. You'll sit at the crossroads of strategy, data, and design, helping our teams understand why certain creative works and how to make it even better.
You’ll analyze performance across digital channels, develop visual dashboards and reports, and help shape creative strategies that maximize engagement and ROI.

What You’ll Do
- Analyze creative performance data across display, video, social, and other digital channels.
- Build dashboards, reports, and dynamic data visualizations that bring insights to life.
- Develop engaging presentations and visual storytelling materials for internal teams and clients.
- Partner with strategists, designers, and media planners to turn data into creative recommendations.
- Collaborate with DCO platform teams.
- Support A/B and multivariate testing for ongoing creative experimentation.
- Contribute to post‑campaign analysis – uncovering what worked, what didn’t, and how to evolve future creative.
- Stay up to date on creative analytics tools, DCO technology, and industry best practices.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Data Analytics, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in digital media, analytics, or creative optimization (agency or DCO experience a plus).
