Job Overview

Creative Services Director – Remote. Candidates residing in Washington, Oregon, or California are encouraged to apply. The role is accountable for defining and leading the creative strategy and development process in support of MDeX, overseeing a team of internal and external contributors across design, copy, content, and production and collaborating with external creative agencies, media, and production partners to maintain a consistent system‑wide image and expression for Providence and its brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Campaign Leadership: Drive and support the ideation, design, and production of marketing and advertising, including awareness and service‑line regional efforts.
  • Creative Stewardship: Act as a COE, ensuring all creative work aligns with Providence’s mission, position, and values.
  • Integrated Creative Planning: Lead creative campaigns across all platforms – digital, social media, blogs, web, OOH, print, radio, and more – ensuring a cohesive brand presence.
  • Brand Compliance: Use approved Brand Guidelines to oversee brand expression at every touchpoint, ensuring consistency and excellence.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the central creative hub, fostering relationships with leadership, external collaborators, and key partners to unify brand communication.
  • External Agency Collaboration: Establish partnerships with agencies, ensuring project alignment with Providence’s brand ethos and maintaining consistency, efficiency, and efficacy.
  • Multidisciplinary Team Leadership: Direct and nurture internal and external talent in design, copywriting, content creation, and production for high‑quality outcomes.
  • Collaboration with Marketing and Business Partners: Translate briefs into campaigns, overseeing the creative lifecycle from inception to fruition.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay updated on marketing trends and competitor activity in healthcare to innovate and differentiate the brand.
  • Project Portfolio Coordination: Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment, ensuring asset organization and storage.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 10 or more years of progressive business experience in marketing

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience marketing clinical services lines and/or health insurance products
  • Direct experience in consumer packaged goods
  • Prior experience in the health care industry

Salary Range by Location

  • California: Humboldt – Min: $63.50, Max: $100.26 per hour
  • California: All Northern California – Min: $71.25, Max: $112.48 per hour
  • California: All Southern California – Min: $63.50, Max: $100.26 per hour
  • California: Bakersfield – Min: $60.92, Max: $96.18 per hour
  • Oregon: Non‑Portland Service Area – Min: $56.79, Max: $89.66 per hour
  • Oregon: Portland Service Area – Min: $60.92, Max: $96.18 per hour
  • Washington: Western – Min: $63.50, Max: $100.26 per hour
  • Washington: Southwest – Min: $60.92, Max: $96.18 per hour
  • Washington: Tukwila – Min: $63.50, Max: $100.26 per hour
  • Washington: Eastern – Min: $54.21, Max: $85.59 per hour
  • Washington: Southeast – Min: $56.79, Max: $89.66 per hour
