SVP, Performance Creative (Remote) – Orca Pacific: A Monks Company

Join a strategic, data‑driven creative leadership role that blends innovation with measurable performance results. You will lead a growing team in creative production, animation, design, strategy and commerce content while partnering with C‑suite leaders and cross‑functional teams to elevate Monks’ performance media portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Creative & Strategic Leadership
    • Lead the vision and strategy for the Performance Creative unit, innovating full‑funnel, insight‑driven creative assets.
    • Guide clients and teams through creative innovation for paid social, display, video, UGC, influencer content and emerging platforms.
    • Leverage creative testing frameworks, audience insights and performance analytics to inform ideation, production and optimization.
    • Advise on generative AI, automation and technology integration in production and operations.
    • Drive adoption of cutting‑edge technologies and AI tools to optimize creative output.
    • Partner with brand and growth teams to develop rapid tests and breakthrough campaigns.
    • Provide POV on UGC, creative automation, global content production and scaling for growth brands.
    • Stay ahead of digital, media and content trends, ensuring industry‑leading creative output.
    • Oversee resourcing, processes and playbooks to maximize efficiency, quality and revenue growth.
    • Serve as Executive Sponsor for large performance‑driven client accounts, delivering strategic creative direction at the highest levels.
  • Internal Agency Operations
    • Oversee staffing, structure and scalable processes for a rapidly growing creative team.
    • Own creative P&L, revenue and client retention for performance creative accounts.
    • Create and evolve frameworks to standardize production, QA and measurement.
  • Commercial Strategy
    • Own productization, delivery and pricing strategy for Performance Creative.
    • Define positioning and go‑to‑market messaging.
    • Participate in new business discovery, pitching and scoping.
    • Develop, adopt and integrate new creative technologies and platforms.
    • Promote Performance Creative within Monks’ larger strategy and across media channels.

About You – Essentials

  • 10+ years in creative leadership within performance, digital or growth marketing (agency experience highly preferred).
  • 5+ years leading multidisciplinary creative teams with client‑facing and account ownership.
  • Deep expertise in producing, optimizing and scaling creative for paid social, display, video and new digital channels.
  • A portfolio of high‑performing, data‑powered creative for leading performance advertisers with measurable results.
  • Proven record of designing and deploying creative strategies that drive business outcomes for major growth brands.
  • Experience integrating creative strategy with performance data, analytics and media teams.
  • Comfort presenting strategy and results to C‑suite and executive audiences.
  • Success owning P&L and delivering for eCommerce and B2B clients.
  • Advanced fluency with creative measurement, testing frameworks, digital production pipelines and collaboration tools.
  • Relationships with senior marketers at ambitious growth brands.
  • Familiarity with eCommerce, B2B, mobile‑app and DTC creative environments.
  • Hands‑on experience with AI‑driven creative, dynamic content and emerging digital production models.
  • Strategic vision for high‑level strategy, go‑to‑market narratives, scalable processes and team building.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% for key client and team meetings.

Return to Office: This role is subject to our RTO policy. If you reside within commuting distance of one of our office locations, you will be expected to work from the office a set number of days per week as per the then‑current RTO policy.

Monks has provided a compensation range that represents its good faith estimate of what Monks may pay for the position at the time of posting: $220,000—$240,000 USD. The salary offered will be based on job‑related factors, not on protected status.
