Role Overview

This role is for students who enjoy making short‑form content and understand how current Reels/TikTok formats work. The focus is product‑first: clean visuals, simple lifestyle clips, and ingredient‑driven shots that fit into today’s short‑form style. The role is flexible, collaborative, and gives you room to bring your own creative taste.

Responsibilities

• Take general product photography for digital use
• Film short‑form videos in current Reels/TikTok styles (quick cuts, clean transitions, simple motion, satisfying shots)
• Capture tabletop, top‑down, macro, pour, mix, and ingredient visuals
• Edit 15–30 second videos optimized for vertical platforms
• Bring ideas based on trending audio, pacing, and formats
• Deliver consistent content each week based on brand guidelines and use cases

Requirements

• General photography ability (comfortable shooting product + lifestyle)
• Experience filming and editing vertical short‑form video
• Clear understanding of modern Reels/TikTok formats and what performs well
• Familiarity with CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools
• Portfolio or sample work required
• Based in Austin for periodic in‑person shoots

Nice to Have

• Interest in wellness or consumer brands
• Comfort shooting at home with basic lighting setups
• Any exposure to product or tabletop content

Compensation

Paid per reel/photo set/video. Final rate determined after a short test project based on skill level.
