Your Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Identify customer needs and propose tailored solutions, assisting with furniture and home decor selection, including creating full room schemes and furniture layouts.
• Present and explain product features and benefits.
• Accurately complete sales transactions through our POS system.
• Follow up on orders, deliveries, and after‑sale support to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of showroom products and new arrivals.
• Assist with showroom displays, merchandising, and floor moves as needed.
• Work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays when needed.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required (Interior Design background a plus).
• 3–5 years of relevant retail sales experience (furniture sales highly preferred/mid‑lux).
• Proven relevant retail sales, customer service and negotiation skills.
• Professional appearance and excellent communication abilities.
• Creative, flexible, and enthusiastic team player.
• Space planning knowledge (Floor Planner, AutoCAD, Icovia, etc.) highly desired but not required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
