We’re looking for a well-rounded Senior Brand Designer to join our Brand Design team. You’ll create across a wide range of brand touchpoints–from events, tradeshows, and keynote presentations to eBooks, global campaigns, and product launches–while supporting the continued evolution of our core brand identity and assets. You’ll help evolve our brand photography style and library, refine design approaches for diagrams and data, and develop scalable brand graphics across channels. You’ll also contribute to keynote design for our Tier 1 events.

You must be a self-starter with a can-do attitude. A designer who loves design exploration but also recognizes the realities of day-to-day work. You can manage your own projects in a timely manner, work with internal and external partners, and can present your work to stakeholders and explain your design thinking. You will create your work with a high attention to detail and craft.

This role reports into Sr Manger, Corporate Design and will be based in the Menlo Park, CA office, with a dedicated three days in the office.

What you’ll do:

  • Work within the Brand Design team which is responsible for the creative and art direction of the company, deliver consistent brand design across digital, print, event, and presentation channels
  • Contribute to the expansion and creation of our brand visual identity system and core brand assets
  • Collaborate with marketing, event, producers, production, content, motion and video teams to ensure cohesive brand expression and high-quality design outputs.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously to ensure timely delivery.

What you’ll have:

  • 5–7 years of brand/graphic design experience, ideally in corporate or mid-to-large tech environments
  • Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, PowerPoint, and Google Slides
  • Strong understanding of, and experience in, developing and working within evolving brand systems
  • Systems thinker with a collaborative and open mindset, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and comfort navigating ambiguity, in a high-volume and fast-paced environment
  • Technical expertise preparing deliverables for digital, print, and large-scale formats
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to present work to diverse stakeholders
  • Portfolio that demonstrates exceptional craft and versatility across formats (digital, social, print, event, keynote), with clarity on your role in each

Preferred skills and education:

  • 10+ years in design with proven impact at scale
  • Familiarity with AI tools to support creative exploration, accelerate workflows, and push visual innovation
  • Bonus points for basic animation skills (Figma animation, etc.)
  • Experience with Wrike, Canva or Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Art, Graphic Design, Marketing Communications, or related field (or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience)

Compensation:

  • $53.57/hour – $71.43/hour (W2)
