Davey Coach Bus Sales is hiring: Graphics Installer in New Paris

We have an immediate opening for a Graphics Installer in our ever‑growing office in New Paris, IN. The Graphics Installer is responsible for daily activities in installation for Big Picture Graphics, ensuring deadlines and requirements are met, maintaining shop safety, production efficiencies, and installation techniques.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Participates in on‑site production and installation to perform daily and weekly work activities.
• Ensures that production/installation is being accomplished as per production schedule.
• Participates in systems, policies, and procedures as directed to maintain installation efficiency.
• Detail and wash vehicles; check for warranty issues, ensure the shop is clean, and check in units.
• Contributes to the installation schedule while delivering a quality product.
• Maintains a safe and clean work environment using all equipment and resources.
• Maintains compliance with established policies and procedures; follows safety guidelines at all times.
• Participates in counting quarterly inventory.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by establishing personal networks and through independent research.
• Remains clocked in on current jobs.
• Attend all bi‑monthly team meetings.
• Assumes other duties and responsibilities as required.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience required (unless otherwise noted):

• Average computer skills for timeclock system.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills; detail‑oriented.
• Ability to work well under pressure of meeting tight deadlines.
• Ability to read and understand information and ideas presented in writing.
• Ability to work on multiple projects while maintaining focus on details for each assignment.
• Ability to handle a high volume of work, rapidly adapt to changing environment, and possess strong work ethics.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
• Ability to accept responsibility for assigned tasks and complete them on schedule.
