The Opportunity
As the Senior Manager, Influencer & Advocacy, you’ll shape the voice and cultural footprint of the iconic, Carolina Herrera, Rabanne, and Jean Paul Gaultier brands. As the U.S. lead for influencer strategy, you’ll define how these brands show up across social platforms, drive cultural relevance, and connect with new generations of consumers.
What you’ll get to do
Integrated Marketing Strategy and Planning
- Collaborate with Global and Local Brand Management teams to ensure brand equity and cohesive and consistent, while developing & executing plans to perform based on local needs and priorities
- Partner closely with media and PR teams on strategy, planning, and execution to drive a holistic Paid, Owned and Earned approach to market
- Be the local voice to global brand HQ, providing feedback and recommendations to ensure global guidelines and programs fit market realities
- Ownership of day-to-day budget management and executions for influencer and advocacy programs
Influencer Strategy and Execution
- Develop and implement talent and advocacy strategies for each Prestige beauty brand
- Create tiered talent strategies across micros, mid-tier, macro and celeb level influencers for both short and long-term partnerships
- Have a strong understanding of different social platforms, content best practices, organic/paid rights & usage, and cultural trends
- Support planning and execution of brand events inclusive of venues, invite lists, production, content contracts, and alignment with global. Partner with Global when led by their team
- Set strong KPIs and track learnings for all influencer campaigns leveraging tools when needed (Radarly, Lefty). Monthly and by program tracking and reporting deliverables to be provided back to Global
- Recruitment and selection of core influencers, help with contracting, negotiations, and deliverables. Project manage from start to finish to ensure global approvals and timely launches
- Carry out post campaign analysis to measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Work in partnership with Global on new launch mailers, fashion and fragrance seedings and execution and fulfilment of influencer product needs
- Manage two direct reports; must be a strong people leader who teaches, challenges, and fosters an environment of collaboration and performance
We’d love to meet you if you have:
- 7+ years of experience in influencer marketing, or communications, ideally within beauty, fashion, or luxury
- Proven success developing and executing influencer strategies across multiple tiers and platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
- Deep understanding of social media trends, content creation best practices, and influencer partnerships, including paid/organic usage rights
- Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Radarly, Lefty, or similar to measure campaign performance and ROI
- Experience managing budgets and vendor relationships, with a track record of delivering high-impact campaigns on time and within scope
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and stakeholders
- A collaborative mindset and ability to influence cross-functional teams including global brand, PR, media, and fashion partners
- Experience leading and developing high-performing teams, with a passion for mentorship and growth
- A strategic, creative, and culturally attuned approach to brand storytelling and talent engagement
Compensation
As required by New York State’s salary transparency law, effective November 2022, the expected base salary for this position ranges from $130,000.00 - $135,000.00. Various factors are considered when extending offers, such as relevant skillset, training, years of experience related to the current job description, education, and our organizational structure.
