Integrated Marketing Manager – Global Marketing

About the role: As the Brand & Integrated Marketing Manager for the Americas, you will lead consumer marketing initiatives across the United States and Canada. This role blends brand strategy, campaign orchestration, and data‑driven execution to shape compelling narratives that increase brand affinity, trust, and usage among both users and non‑users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand metrics among non‑users and current users.
  • Establish those strategies in collaboration with different internal stakeholders, such as Comms, Media, Social, Marketing Analytics, Creative and other XFN departments.
  • Build comprehensive marketing plans encompassing market context, competition, target audience, and brand metrics.
  • Identify which marketing/brand problems need to be solved, identify the brand goals and drive the most effective campaigns.
  • Monitor, advise and drive the brand results set as Marketing OKRs, as well as vision set by Global Brand & Comms leadership.
  • Lead and inspire the Americas Consumer Marketing narrative by overseeing brand strategy and execution.
  • Develop and implement regional marketing strategies to drive brand growth and awareness, leveraging insights, data, and market context.
  • Craft holistic campaign plans— from narrative and audience targeting to media strategy, creative, and measurement.
  • Orchestrate end‑to‑end execution of campaigns by aligning cross‑functional stakeholders (Creative, Media, Comms, Analytics, Social, etc.).
  • Oversee timelines, budgets, resources, vendor management, and reporting.
  • Collaborate closely with global teams to align regional strategy with the broader brand vision and goals.
  • Serve as a trusted voice to senior leadership, communicating marketing performance and insights.
  • Lead and manage high‑performing campaigns across multiple geographies and agency partners.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience in consumer brand marketing, integrated campaigns, or consumer strategy—ideally in tech, media, or global brands.
  • Proven track record building and executing brand trust/brand reputation campaigns across traditional, digital, social, OOH, sponsorship, and influencer channels.
  • Deep understanding of US market trends.
  • Strong analytical skills; experience using data to optimize strategy, performance, and business impact.
  • Strong project management skills, including experience overseeing large budgets, cross‑functional stakeholders, and timelines.
  • A high level of proficiency in both written and spoken English required as English is the company’s official working language and will be needed to support discussions with cross‑regional partners.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in international environments.
  • Background in marketing operations (contracts, payments, vendor coordination, reporting).
  • Ability to influence across all levels, motivate and inspire projects (including agencies).
  • Familiarity with diversity, co‑branding, or partnership marketing initiatives.

Job Information

Compensation Description (Annually): The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $141,000 – $255,600 per year.
