We’re seeking a Social Media Manager 1 to support internal and external social media strategies for our client’s Meridian, ID location. This is a 12‑month contract role offering weekday day shifts and a competitive hourly rate.

What’s a typical day as a Social Media Manager 1? You’ll be:
- Managing the development, implementation, and coordination of social media strategies for internal and external audiences.
- Supporting the company’s communication goals by projecting a clear, consistent corporate message across social channels.
- Consulting with internal and external partners to ensure alignment with brand standards and communication objectives.
- Monitoring social media engagement, analyzing response patterns, and making data‑driven recommendations.
- Representing the company voice to online communities, analysts, media, and the general public.
- Assisting in the selection, development, and evaluation of content and processes that ensure efficient social media operations.
Minimum Qualifications
- 0–3 years of experience in social media management, marketing, communications, or related fields.
- Fluent in German (required).
- Knowledge of PC gaming culture and/or hands‑on gaming experience is strongly preferred.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to analyze social engagement metrics and provide meaningful insights.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing corporate or brand social media channels.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools and content scheduling platforms.
- Knowledge of community engagement best practices.
- Experience working with international audiences or multilingual communication.
