What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own reporting and insights across SEO, SEM, and paid acquisition campaigns, providing visibility into spend efficiency and conversion metrics
- Partner with the growth marketing team to evaluate keyword and campaign performance and identify high-ROI opportunities
- Lead SEO performance analysis, tracking organic visibility and technical SEO metrics
- Build and maintain dashboards and data pipelines in SQL and BI tools to automate reporting for search performance
- Communicate actionable insights to marketing stakeholders and senior leadership, influencing decisions on SEO investment and strategies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Marketing Analytics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field
- 2–4 years of experience in marketing analytics
- Hands‑on experience with SEO analytics tools and paid media platforms
- Strong SQL skills for querying large datasets and building automated pipelines
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate analytics into strategy for stakeholders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with Python or R for deeper analysis or keyword modeling
