What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  • Own reporting and insights across SEO, SEM, and paid acquisition campaigns, providing visibility into spend efficiency and conversion metrics
  • Partner with the growth marketing team to evaluate keyword and campaign performance and identify high-ROI opportunities
  • Lead SEO performance analysis, tracking organic visibility and technical SEO metrics
  • Build and maintain dashboards and data pipelines in SQL and BI tools to automate reporting for search performance
  • Communicate actionable insights to marketing stakeholders and senior leadership, influencing decisions on SEO investment and strategies

What is Required (Qualifications):

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Marketing Analytics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field
  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing analytics
  • Hands‑on experience with SEO analytics tools and paid media platforms
  • Strong SQL skills for querying large datasets and building automated pipelines
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate analytics into strategy for stakeholders

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  • Familiarity with Python or R for deeper analysis or keyword modeling
