About the Role

Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a UI/UX Designer - Expert to join their User Experience and Design Department. The ideal candidate will have strong collaboration skills, innovative thinking, and a passion for creating user‑centered designs, aligning successfully with the organization’s goals.

What's the Job?

• Lead design reviews and drive strategic design decisions across multiple platforms.
• Create innovative design solutions in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
• Represent the design team brand and ensure a consistent design process with partners.
• Visualize ideas through sketches, diagrams, wireframes, or prototypes, providing detailed documentation.
• Maintain high standards of design quality, conduct QA, and support research efforts to improve processes.

What's Needed?

• 11+ years of experience in interaction design focused on digital products.
• Experience with complex transactional systems and B2B design environments.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Sketch, InVision, and Figma.
• Strong understanding of user‑centered design processes, including research, wireframing, and usability testing.
• Ability to work effectively within an Agile, collaborative team environment.
