Required Education/Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3-5 years of working experience, ideally in web content strategy or its related disciplines, like content design.
- Familiarity with optimizing content for the web, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Demonstrated strength in problem-solving and effective decision-making.
- Ability to work both as part of a team and independently, managing complex and simultaneous projects.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills to clearly convey information to upper management and clients.
Preferred Technical Skills
- UX design experience.
- Familiarity with tools like Figma, Adobe Experience Manager, and Miro are a plus, though not required.
Responsibilities
- Partner with our Marketing, Editorial and Product teams to understand the needs of our various personas within our digital ecosystem.
- Complete site-wide content audits, understanding existing content sources and defining content gaps.
- Assist with content mapping and information architecture recommendations.
- Identify opportunities for better UX Writing to drive outcomes.
- Leverage web analytics and other inputs to identify needed content improvements.
- Plan and lead workshops to define and prioritize web content needs, partnering with publishing and design to inform development of new features and content architecture.
- Build and maintain content migration plans.
- Outline web pages, working closely with editorial and marketing to ensure content is optimized for web.
- Determine and carry out research activities, including user and stakeholder interviews, content-focused usability testing, and competitive analyses.

- Experience with large-scale site migrations and content consolidation.
- Ability to untangle complex content ecosystems and connect strategic dots.
- Strong publishing and technical acumen.
- Expertise in reformatting and optimizing content for web.
