This remote position is open to U.S.-based candidates only.

Position Overview

As a Software Developer / Web Developer you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our company’s web‑based applications and software systems. You will work closely with our team of developers, designers, and project managers to create user‑friendly and efficient solutions that meet the needs of our clients and enhance their overall experience with our company.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web-based applications and software systems for our company
• Collaborate with team members to design and implement new features and functionalities
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
• Troubleshoot and debug technical issues
• Conduct regular testing to ensure the quality and functionality of the applications
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in web development
• Provide technical support and assistance to clients and team members
• Participate in project planning and estimation processes
• Continuously improve and optimize existing applications and systems
• Adhere to coding standards and best practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in web development
• Proficient in front‑end and back‑end development languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP and SQL
• Experience with web development frameworks and libraries (e.g. React, Angular, jQuery)
• Strong understanding of web development principles and best practices
• Experience with database management and design
• Knowledge of web security and data protection
• Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for sports and understanding of the sports industry is a plus

Pay Rate

$65 per hour

Training Pay

$30 per hour (1-week paid training)

Training Bonus

$500 incentive upon completion

Work Schedule

Flexible Full-time (3040 hrs / week) or Part-time (20 hrs / week)
