Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time Service Writer position located in Millsboro, DE. The Service Writer will serve as the primary liaison between customers and the service department. Responsibilities include scheduling service appointments, documenting customer concerns, preparing work orders, providing accurate cost and time estimates, and ensuring customer satisfaction with completed service. You will collaborate closely with the service technicians and other team members to deliver exceptional customer service and resolve any inquiries or issues.

• Excellent Communication abilities, including active listening and clear verbal exchange
• Proficiency in Computer Literacy and using scheduling or service software effectively
• Professional Phone Etiquette with a customer‑focused demeanor
• Organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment
• Basic automotive knowledge or a willingness to learn
