- Establish scalable workflows and governance models to support distributed design teams across time zones.
- Promote continuous improvement in design processes and tools to optimize team performance and delivery.
- Facilitate design workshops and stakeholder alignment sessions to ensure clarity, buy‑in, and momentum.
- Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning, maintain curiosity, welcome constructive feedback, and strive to develop both professional skills and leadership abilities in a dynamic global environment.
- Roll up your sleeves when needed to support design execution and unblock teams.
- 6+ years of UX design experience, including leadership of multi‑regional or global teams.
- Proven ability to lead and scale design operations across geographies.
- Strong portfolio showcasing storytelling, design thinking, and presentation skills.
- Expertise in UX disciplines: information architecture, user flows, wireframing, prototyping.
- Experience establishing and governing design systems with measurable impact on speed and quality, under the guidance of global design leadership.
- Deep understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and other product development methodologies.
- Outstanding communicator with a talent for turning complex ideas into straightforward, compelling stories.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to balance short‑term execution and long‑term vision.
