Head of Marketing and Growth Marketing

In this role, you will be helping to trailblaze the company's growth. You will lead the company’s marketing function, including campaigns and programs that support revenue growth, pipeline metrics/reporting, while also being responsible for aligning marketing activities with the go-to-market strategy, corporate objectives, and sales goals.
This is a player/coach role that includes team management and hands‑on execution. We are looking for someone who has a strong sense of ownership and is excited by the idea of acting both operationally (tactically get things done each week) and strategically (scale our business in the right ways).
What you will do
You will manage revenue growth strategies in collaboration with other business units.
Develop content marketing and demand generation campaigns that generate robust pipeline in target segments.
You will run marketing campaigns end‑to‑end: you will design experiments, develop campaign strategy, and drive the execution of the campaign through to completion.
Partner with sales and senior management to identify targets for account‑based marketing (ABM) programs.
Test and optimize campaigns by message, channel, region, and market segment.
You will work cross‑functionally with sales, product, engineering, and support to meet ambitious growth targets.
Own full‑funnel reporting and analytics per customer segment and sales team.
What you will need
4+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or a related role.
Marketing experience for a B2B SaaS products.
Ability to work and collaborate with a small, fast‑paced team.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Bachelors degree in marketing or other relevant field.
