The
Head of Brand & Content
will shape and elevate the company’s brand identity, driving thought leadership in observability and technology for regulated markets.
Base pay range $150,000.00/yr - $180,000.00/yr
What will you be doing?
Lead the evolution from legacy IT monitoring brand to modern observability platform leader
Define and execute a unified visual identity and digital presence that reflect innovation and credibility
Build executive visibility programs, positioning company leaders as trusted industry voices
Oversee content strategy across all channels—balancing awareness, education, and demand generation
Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary brand and content team to deliver consistent, high-impact storytelling
What skills do you need?
8+ years of B2B marketing experience, including 5+ in senior brand or content leadership
Proven record of successful brand transformation or repositioning in enterprise technology
Deep knowledge of thought leadership, PR, and executive communications
Experience engaging Financial Services or other regulated sectors
Strong portfolio showcasing measurable results in content-driven growth
