Execute and produce email form multiple products to existing and new prospect clients. Manage development updates and test strategies through all phases of the execution workflow, working with marketing, agency, legal, brand, product, and channel partners. Clearly communicate and champion options and tradeoffs with partners. Manage workstreams by breaking down complex projects into steps and communicating timelines to stakeholders. Promote ongoing simplification to continuously improve capacity and productivity. Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience managing and executing direct marketing campaigns. Knowledge of direct mail tactics and creative development for direct mail marketing. Understanding of HTML with ability to read/write logic statements. Strong organization skills and consistent attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to identify, analyze and solve problems. Understanding rules and regulations that govern mail marketing. Experience working with creative vendor partners. Self-motivated, ability to adapt to changing requirements, and capability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, matrix organization. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Desired Qualifications

Financial services experience. Experience in production with knowledge of direct mail tactics and creative development for marketing. Minimum Education Requirement

High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent Shift

40 Pay and Benefits

Pay range: $83,000.00 - $118,000.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set. Discretionary incentive eligible. This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Benefits: This role is currently benefits eligible.
