We are looking for a seasoned and motivated Sales & Marketing Director to lead our efforts in growing our business. The ideal candidate will have in‑depth knowledge of the luxury market and proven experience in leading sales teams and executing marketing campaigns. Responsibilities

Lead and Mentor the Sales Team: oversee a 10‑member sales and client relations team, set clear sales goals, provide coaching, and empower team members. Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: craft and implement sales strategies focused on high‑end, luxury clients, convert leads and manage relationships. Client Management and Retention: build strong relationships with key clients, act as point of contact for major accounts, and guide the sales team to maintain and expand client relationships. New Business Development: identify and pursue new business opportunities using your network and sales expertise to drive growth. Brand Strategy and Positioning: take ownership of the company’s marketing strategy, ensuring all initiatives align with the luxury positioning and brand values. Oversee Digital Marketing Efforts: manage all marketing campaigns, including SEO, Google Ads, e‑mail marketing, and social media to increase visibility and generate high‑quality leads. Vendor and Agency Management: manage relationships with external vendors, advertising agencies, and media partners to ensure cost‑effective marketing initiatives. Marketing Team Development: mentor and guide the marketing associate, fostering growth within the team and ensuring high‑quality execution of marketing activities. Work Closely with the CEO: collaborate on strategic planning, new business initiatives, and alignment of marketing and sales strategies with long‑term goals. Coordinate with the Chief of Staff and Operations Team: ensure smooth communication between departments to deliver a seamless client experience. Support Product Development: provide marketing insights to the product development team to ensure market alignment and identify opportunities for new award designs or offerings. You work well under pressure, juggling multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree. 7+ years in sales and marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership and team management role, preferably in a luxury or niche market. Proven experience in sales and marketing for high‑end brands or products. Strong leadership skills, ability to manage and motivate a team. Comfortable with both high‑level strategy and day‑to‑day execution, including digital marketing. A track record of managing high‑profile clients and building lasting relationships. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with CRM tools, marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools. Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail. Problem‑solving mindset and proactive issue resolution. Compensation & Benefits
